What do I need to pick up the car?

Your booking reference, a valid driving licence held for at least one year, your passport or ID, and a credit or debit card in the main driver's name for the deposit.

Is there a minimum driver age?

Drivers must be at least 21. Some premium and van categories require the driver to be 25 or older — this is shown on the car before you book.

Can I pick up and drop off in different cities?

Yes. Tick "Return to a different location" when you search. One-way rentals between our branches are included at no extra fee.

What does the insurance cover?

Accepted Answer

Every rental includes basic cover with a deductible. Add Full insurance at checkout to reduce the excess to zero, so a scratch or bump won't cost you anything.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. You can also change your dates or car any time from the Manage booking page using your reference.

How does fuel work?

Cars are supplied full and should be returned full. If you'd rather not refuel, ask about our prepaid fuel option at the desk.
